Alex Stephens (Sho-Dan)
Mr. Stephens was born in 1992 and has been studying Isshinryu since May of 1998 and received his Sho-Dan rank in July 2004. Mr. Stephens likes the fact that he can depend on other karateka for help.
Previous to his coming to the Dillsburg Karate Academy, Mr. Stephens studied Isshinryu with Sensei John Banks and Sensei Robert Smith in Summerdale. Mr. Stephens joined our Dojo in February 2002 with his father,Mark.
Mr. Stephens says that karate is challenging and disciplined, but that Dillsburg Karate Academy is also fun and enjoyable.
