Mr. Tobin is college student and has been studying Isshinryu since he was 8 years old. Mr. Tobin received his Sho-Dan on on March 13, 2000 and was promoted to Ni-Dan on June 19, 2002.
Mr. Tobin says Isshinryu has "practicality" and that he can "use this style!" He also feels that the reputation of the Dillsburg Karate Academy "speaks for itself."
