On April 3, 2004, Grandmaster William Washington sponsored the Black Dragon Open Karate Tournament at the US Army War College in Carlisle, PA. A number of different styles of martial arts were represented. Despite the differences in style, everyone showed respect and good sportsmanship. A good time was enjoyed by all!
